Brian Ferguson, a co-founder ofSteadfast CIgars, brings a spirit of resilience and tradition to the business, shaped by his roots as a cattle rancher. He values hard work and authenticity, traits that influence every aspect of the cigars he helps craft. When not on the ranch or working with the Steadfast Team, Brian enjoys time with his wife, Lacy, and their three boys, passing on the importance of family, integrity, and the joy of gathering to savor life’s simple pleasures.

Terry Mann

Terry Mann, co-founder of Steadfast Cigars, blends his passion for tradition and craftsmanship to create exceptional cigars. Beyond his work with Steadfast, Terry is deeply committed to family and community, running a family-owned logging business and leading the Fellowship of Christian Loggers. Alongside his wife, Amy, he’s raising their three children with the values of faith, hard work, and connection—principles that inspire his work at Steadfast Cigars. Together, they cherish sharing stories and moments worth savoring.

Ethan Harris

Ethan Harris, co-founder of Steadfast Cigars, combines his passion for premium cigars and dedication to craftsmanship to help shape the brand’s identity. With over 10 years of experience as a seasoned forester, Ethan’s profession has deepened his appreciation for agriculture and the art of craft. Beyond his work, he is a devoted husband to his wife, Maygen, and a proud father to their three children.
